Chef Rafael Ribeiro
Chef Rafael began his career at the Professional School of Hospitality and Tourism in Lisbon where he attended the cooking and pastry course.
Chef Carlos Torres
Coming from a family with a strong history in Minho restaurants, Carlos entered the Porto Hotel and Tourism School in 2008, where he stayed for 1 year and a half before completing his basic training.
Chef Tiago Ribeiro
After several internships and some experiences in catering, he joined the Plateform group where he got to know the Chef who would mark his career, Chef Luís Gaspar.
Chef Samuel Duarte
From a very young age, he always felt a passion for cooking, through the cooking of his mother and grandmother, who always tried to pass on to him the traditions of traditional Portuguese cuisine.
Chef Francisco Sant’anna Leite
Chef Francisco went to Estoril Hotel and Tourism School in 2011 and later at the renowned and faraway Le Cordon Bleu School, Australia, where he graduated as a professional.
Chef Fábio Santos
He attended the Technical Cooking and Pastry course at the Association of Professional Cooks of Portugal, having in the early days been a cook in the Portuguese Navy.
