For the next five months, we present you the 2nd Edition of Unforgettable Chefs, curated by our Executive Chef Jorge Fernandes! Once again, Café Príncipe Real will be the stage for 11 young promising Chefs to present their creations.

Meet the Chefs:
Chef Sérgio Carola
His career started when he joined the Hotel Pestana Pousada da Cidadela in Cascais. In 2017 he was given the opportunity to take on his first managerial position as Sub-Chef at the Reserva da Villa Restaurant and in 2023 he became Executive Chef at the Aethos Hotel. We can find him at Madrasta Restaurant everyday.
Chef Marta Nunes
Passionate about gastronomy, she trained in some of Lisbon's most famous Fine Dining restaurants.
She began her professional career at the Tabik Restaurant at the Bessa Hotel Liberdade and in 2022, she took on the position of Junior Sub-Chef at Chef Louise Bourrat's Boubou's Restaurant, where you can find her every day.

Chef Tiago Silva & Chef Constança Mourão
After working in various hotels, in 2020 they met at the Hotel Sublime Comporta. They both decided to spend the 2023/2024 winter season at the Grade La Margna St Moritz Hotel, returning in 2024 to Sublime Comporta, where Chef Tiago currently holds the position of Junior Sub-Chef and Chef Constança works in the hotel's pastry department.
Chef Nuno Seixas
At the age of 15, he moved to Lisbon to attend the Cookery Course at the Lisbon Hotel and Tourism School, followed by an internship at Rio's Restaurant. He was also part of the Junior Culinary Competition team. With previous experience at the Hotel Inspira Santa Marta and the Hotel InterContinental do Estoril as a Sub-Chef, he is currently the Chef at the Hotel Baía, Cascais.
Chef Sebastião Vasconcelos
With a degree in Economics, he discovered his passion for cooking after an internship at the Tivoli Lisboa Hotel in 2012. After an internship at the Epic Sana Hotel in Lisbon and experiences in catering at Chef Vítor Claro's space in the Mercado da Ribeira and at the Substância restaurant in Lisbon, he became Chef at the Mesa do Bairro restaurant in Lisbon, where he has been for six years.
