Rafael Ribeiro | 22 yo | from Loures


He began his career at the Professional School of Hospitality and Tourism in Lisbon, where he attended the cooking and pastry course.

Interned at the Hotel Olissipo Lapa Palace and with Chef José Avillez
Won the Contest of Young Talent in Gastronomy, Makro Kitchen, in 2019
Won 3rd place in WorldSkills Portugal, National Professions Championship.

In 2021 he is one of the Chefs that are part of the First Edition of Hell’s Kitchen Portugal
In Lisbon, he worked at Restaurante Ofício, Restaurante Fome and Hotel Editory Riverside.
He also worked at Comporta where he had his first experience as a Chef.

He is currently Chef de Cuisine at the Estórias Restaurant at Casa da Comida, in Lisbon, where the quality of the raw material, origin and seasonality are his biggest secrets.

He is also a kitchen trainer at IEFP since 2020
