Carlos Torres | 33 yo | From Braga
Coming from a family with a strong history in Minho restoration, Carlos enters at the Porto Hotel and Tourism School in 2008, where he stayed for 1 year and
half way through to completing their basic training.
He does a 9-month internship at Pousada do Freixo in Cidade Invicta.
In 2009, he went to the capital, more precisely to Oeiras, to work in the
Rio's Restaurant, led by the Charismatic Chef António Bóia and that's where
also gets to know Chef Jorge Fernandes who was the arm
Chef's right.
In 2010, he decides to continue his studies to prepare for the future, so he enters
at Universidade Portucalense to take the Hotel Management Course.
During college, he worked with his family and held fairs.

In 2015 he opens the 1st Restaurant with his brother, Élebê Centro, in Porto.
In the same year, they open the 2nd space, Élebê Póvoa do Varzim.
The spaces are a success and they feel the need to add another
Restaurant to the portfolio, which joined Élebê Baixa that his brother had
opened with his father in 2013. Thus, in 2018 Élebê Entreparedes was born and
now there are 4 restaurants led by you.
In 2019, the Training School was born together with the
supply of meals and consultancy, which is called Étop! Consulting &
Training.
