Tiago Ribeiro | 31 yo | from Lisbon

He began his journey in cooking by taking a course at the Estoril Hotel and Tourism School.
After several internships and some experiences in catering, he joined the Plateform group where he got to know the Chef who would mark his career, Chef Luís Gaspar.
From then on, he joined their brigades.

Sala de Corte opened in 2015, which was voted the 50th Best Steakhouse in the World, in the World’s Best Steak Restaurants awards.

In 2022, the Brilhante Restaurant opened in Lisbon, where the aim is to recreate the bohemian atmosphere of the 60s and 70s, with a French-inspired menu like the cuisine practiced at that time.
I share the ideology that valuing the product involves working with it in order to bring out the best in it.
