At the heart of the memmo Príncipe Real kitchen is Chef João Cunha, a creative force shaped by Portuguese roots and an international perspective. Trained in culinary arts and pastry, Chef João discovered his passion for cooking early on, naturally evolving from traditional foundations to the demands of contemporary gastronomy.
Recognised through international competitions and awarded while representing Portugal, his journey has crossed borders, kitchens, and cultures. Today, his cuisine at memmo Príncipe Real is an expression of craft and creativity respectful of origin, open to influence, and designed to offer a refined yet soulful dining experience.
