Bio

André Morais | 32 yo | From Lisbon

At the age of 16, he entered the CFPSA - Professional Training Centre for the Food Sector, in Pontinha. In 2007, he did an internship at "LA Café".

In 2008, joined "O Nobre" Restaurant for the first time, where he met his mentor, Chef Justa Nobre.

In 2012, decides to put away the knives and head to Germany to work in an Iberian tapas restaurant.

Come 2016 and he decides to return "to his original home", Chef Justa's restaurant "O Nobre". This is where you'll find Chef André every day.
