Chef Tiago Ribeiro
Tiago Ribeiro, 33 years, from Lisbon
He began his career in cookery by studying at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril.
After several apprenticeships and some experience in catering, he joined the Plateform group where he met the chef who would mark his career, Chef career, Chef Luís Gaspar.
From then on, she joined his brigades.
He opened Sala de Corte in 2015, which was voted the 50th Best Steakhouse in the World at the World's Best Steak Restaurants awards.
In 2022 he opened the Brilhante Restaurant in Lisbon, where the aim is to recreate the bohemian atmosphere of the 60s and 70s, with a French-inspired menu like the cuisine French-inspired menu like the cuisine practised at the time.
