Biographie

André Morais | 32 ans | De Lisbonne.

À l'âge de 16 ans, il entre au CFPSA - Centre de Formation Professionnelle du Secteur Alimentaire, à Pontinha. En 2007, il effectue un stage au "LA Café".

En 2008, il rejoint pour la première fois le restaurant « O Nobre », où il rencontre son mentor, le chef Justa Nobre.

En 2012, il décide de ranger les couteaux et part en Allemagne pour travailler dans un restaurant de tapas ibériques.

En 2016, il décide de retourner "dans sa maison d'origine", le restaurant "O Nobre" du chef Justa. C'est ici que vous retrouverez chaque jour le chef André.
