Bio

Nuno Seixas . 32 anos . Natural de Moimenta da Beira

At the age of 15, he comes to Lisbon to take a cooking course at the Lisbon School of Hospitality and Tourism.

Interned at Restaurante Rio's in Oeiras, under the baton of Chef António Bóia and Jorge Fernandes.
He joined the Junior Culinary Competition Team from 2007 to 2012, being part of the mythical team that won 1 Gold Medal and 3rd place in the World Championship in Luxembourg.
This was followed by the Hotel Inspira Santa Marta for 2 years and then he opened the Hotel InterContinental in Estoril, as Sub-Chef in the Kitchen, being the right-hand man of Chef Jorge Fernandes.

He has worked at Catering at Food Story, where he handled large-scale meal production.

He is currently Chef de Cuisine at the emblematic Hotel Baía de Cascais.
Nuno's hobbies are mountain biking.
