Francisco Sant’Anna Leite | 36 yo | from Lisbon
For Francisco Sant’Anna Leite, it was always clear that his future passed through the kitchen.
It started in the kitchen of his house and never stopped.
Passing through the Estoril Hotel and Tourism School in 2011 and later
by the renowned and distant Le Cordon Bleu School, Australia, where he graduated
as a professional.
On his return to Portugal, in 2013, Francisco began a very
diversified among restaurants and catering companies, with the objective of
absorb the different cuisines and types of approach of each Chef.
Nowadays time is divided between the flavors of the flesh and the fire,
along with a good wine and a few laughs in the mix.
The Bodegón project, which at its base is presented by Parrilla Argentina,
intends to be a space where good food and good drink meet
relaxed and happy.
