Fábio Santos | 32 yo | from Tomar

Attended the Cooking and Pastry Technician course at the Associação de
Professional Cooks of Portugal, (ACPP) having been in the first
former cook in the Portuguese Navy.

In 2013, it starts in hotel units, first at the Hotel Ritz Four
Seasons Lisboa and then at the Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa. in the middle does
an internship at Belcanto.

In 2014, he won the Young Talent in Gastronomy Contest
Makro kitchen. In 2016, it works at Cevicheria and the following year at Hotel
Real Marina of Olhão. Two years later, he returns to the Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel
& Spa as Sub-Chef.

In 2021, he embraces the challenge of heading the Sem Porta restaurant at the Hotel
Sublime Comporta Country Retreat & Spa.
2nd place in the 2022 Chief Cook of the Year Contest.

It is currently at Restaurante Nabão, in Tomar.
