Fábio Santos . 32 anos . Natural de Tomar

He attended the Technical Course in Cooking and Pastry at the Association of Professional Cooks of Portugal, (ACPP) having in the early days been a cook in the Portuguese Navy.

In 2013, it began in hotel units, first at the Hotel Ritz Four Seasons Lisbon and then at the Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa. In between, he does an internship at Belcanto.

In 2014, he was awarded the Young Talent Contest of Gastronomy Cozinha Makro. In 2016, it works at Cevicheria and the following year at the Hotel Real Marina de Olhão. Two years later, he returned to the Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa as Assistant Chef.

In 2021, he embraces the challenge of heading the Sem Porta restaurant at the Hotel Sublime Comporta Country Retreat & Spa.

2nd place in the 2022 Chief Cook of the Year Contest.
He is currently a Sub-Chef at the Ó Balcão Restaurant in Santarém.
