How can I contact the hotel?

How can I contact the reservation department?

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy depends on the rate selected. The hotel offers rates with flexible cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in, as well as stricter, non-refundable rates at a lower price.

Will I need to pay a deposit?

For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking.
For refundable reservations, the first night's stay will be charged 3 days before arrival.

Will my credit card be charged before arrival

Yes. For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of

Are taxes included in the room rate?

All applicable taxes are included in our room rates, except for the Lisbon City Tax.
The City Tax applies to guests above 13 years old staying in Lisbon and is charged 4€ per
person, per night, for a maximum of seven consecutive nights.

I need to change or cancel my reservation.

If you made your reservation directly with memmo Hotels, please contact our Reservations team by email at reservations.preal@memmohotels.com or use our guest area.
If you booked through a travel agency or another booking partner, please contact them directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. Please note that bank cheques are not accepted.

Do you offer special offers or packages?

Yes. Throughout the year, memmo Príncipe Real offers seasonal promotions, exclusive packages and special rates designed for different types of stays. For the latest offers, please visit our offers page.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for stays and experiences at memmo Príncipe Real and can be purchased through our official website.

Where is memmo Príncipe Real located?

Memmo Príncipe Real is located Rua D. Pedro V, 56 J Lisbon, 1250-094 Portugal, right in the Príncipe Real neighbourhood.

How do I get to the hotel?

We recommend travelling to memmo Príncipe Real by taxi or ride-hailing services such as Uber or Bolt, as they provide the most convenient access to the hotel.
If you prefer to use public transport, the nearest metro station is Rato (Yellow Line). From there, you can either enjoy a 12-minute walk to the hotel or take bus 758 from Largo do Rato, stopping close to the hotel.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you in arranging a private transfer. Please contact us before your arrival.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, memmo Príncipe Real does have private parking. However, it’s subject to availability and has a cost of 30€ per night.

Where can I charge my electric vehicle?

Memmo Príncipe Real offers two complimentary electric vehicle charging points, available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. If your vehicle is not at the hotel, our team will be happy to recommend the nearestcharging station to your location.

Can I rent a bicycle during my stay?

Yes. Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you with bicycle rental arrangements.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is until 12:00 pm (noon).

Do I need to present identification?

Yes, all guests are required to present a valid photo ID or passport upon check-in, in accordance with Portuguese legislation.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is only available by booking the previous night in full, and late check-out by booking the following nightin full.

My flight arrives late. Can I still check in?

Yes. Our Front Desk is available 24 hours a day, so you can check in at any time.

Can I store my luggage before check-in?

Yes. We will be happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please contact our Front Desk.

Does the hotel have a lift?

Yes, the hotel has a lift.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Does the hotel have room service?

Yes, memmo Príncipe Real offers room service.

Does the hotel have a meeting room or a space

Memmo Príncipe Real does not have a dedicated meeting room. However, we do organize events at our restaurant. For availability and pricing, please contact cafe.preal@memmohotels.com

Does the hotel offer a laundry service?

Yes. A laundry service is available. Please complete the laundry form located in your wardrobe and contact the Front Desk to arrange collection. As laundry service is external, your clothes will only be delivered 24 hours late. The laundry service does not operate on public holidays and weekends, so delivery may take longer than usual.

Can I request an iron for my room?

Yes, you can request an iron for your room. Please contact the reception to make your request.

Does the hotel offer a wake-up service?

Yes, the hotel offers a wake-up service. Please contact the reception to make your request.

Can I send a parcel to the hotel?

Yes. Please contact our Front Desk before sending any parcels so we can assist you with the delivery.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Yes, memmo Príncipe Real features a heated outdoor swimming pool overlooking Lisbon city.

What are the swimming pool opening hours?

Memmo Príncipe Real has a heated outdoor pool available daily for hotel guests 24h per day.

Can non-guests use the swimming pool?

No, unfortunately non-guests cannot use the swimming pool.

Are pool towels provided?

Yes, pool towels are provided for all hotel guests.

Does the hotel have a children's pool?

No, memmo Príncipe Real hotel does not have a children's pool.

Does the hotel have a spa?

No, memmo Príncipe Real does not have a wellness centre or spa.

Does the hotel have a gym?

Memmo Príncipe Real does not have a gym. However, our guests are invited to use our gym at memmo Alfama (oursister property).

Does the hotel have a App or WebApp?

Yes, we have both. Guests can access our WebApp to find useful information about the hotel and discover available services and experiences. The WebApp can be accessed online without downloading any application. You can alsodownload our App on play stores.

How many rooms does memmo Príncipe Real have?

Memmo Príncipe Real has 38 rooms, spread across five carefully designed room categories,
many offering views over Lisbon city. You can find them here.

Do you have interconnecting rooms?

Unfortunately, memmo Príncipe Real does not have interconnecting rooms.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, memmo Príncipe Real has one room specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility. If you require this room,please contact our Front Desk in advance.

Do you have rooms with a balcony?

Our Superior Terrace City View Rooms have a terrace where you can sit back, sip wine, and watch the city unfold before you.

Do you have rooms with river views?

None of our rooms offers river view rooms.

Are baby cots available?

Yes, we have baby cots subject to availability.

Can I request a specific room or floor?

You are welcome to let us know your preferences when making your reservation. While we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Can I request an extra bed?

No, Extra beds are not available at memmo Príncipe Real.

Do the rooms have coffee making facilities?

Yes, all of our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Do the rooms have a minibar?

Yes, all of our rooms have a minibar.

Do the rooms have a hairdryer?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Are bathrobes provided?

Yes, we provide bathrobes in all our rooms.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

Rooms are cleaned daily between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Do all rooms have a safe?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with an in-room safe for your valuables.

Do the rooms have a TV?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Are toiletries provided?

Yes, complimentary toiletries are provided in all rooms.

Is breakfast included?

We offer both Bed & Breakfast and Room Only rates, so you can choose the option that best suits your stay. All available rate options can be found on our Offers page when booking directly through our website.

What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30am to 11:00am.

Is breakfast served as a buffet?

Yes, breakfast is served as a buffet. However, there is also a menu of eggs, side dishes, and pancakes that you can order.

Can non-guests have breakfast?

Yes, non-guests have breakfast at our hotel. Please check the prices in advance.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate different dietary requirements. Please let our team know in advance or speak to a member of staff during your stay.

Is a gluten-free breakfast available?

Yes, gluten-free options are available upon request. Please inform our team in advance or when you arrive for breakfast.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Can non-guests visit Café Príncipe Real?

Yes, Café Príncipe Real is open to both hotel guests and non-guests, subject to availability.

What are the opening hours of the Café?

Café Príncipe Real is open daily from 12:00pm to 11:00pm.

Can I book a table?

Is memmo Príncipe Real an adults-only hotel?

No, memmo Príncipe Real welcomes families.

Is smoking allowed?

No. memmo Príncipe Real is a non-smoking hotel. This policy also applies to electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted at memmo Príncipe Real.

Can the hotel help me book activities?

Yes, our Front Desk team will be happy to assist with restaurant reservations, tours, transport, cultural experiences and activities during your stay.

Can I hire a car through the hotel?
