What is your cancellation policy?
For non-refundable rates, we will need your credit card details and authorization to charge the total amount for your stay.
For refundable rate types, we will need a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
Payment can be done upon check-out; It will be charged 100% of the first night 2 days prior to the arrival.

What is your policy on pets?
We do not accept pets in our hotels.
Does your hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes, memmo Baleeira has an outdoor swimming pool with magnificent ocean views and an indoor pool; memmo Alfama and memmo Principe Real have heated outdoor infinity swimming pool (available for guests only)
I would like to know what are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out at 12 p.m.
Can we arrange an early check-in and/or late check-out? How much would this be?
In order to get an early check in or late check-out the previous/following day has to be reserved in full.
Will a deposit be taken?
Yes If your rate type is non-refundable the total price of the reservation will be charged. For refundable rate types we will charge the amount of the first night 48 hours before check-in.
What is the minimum check-in age?
In memmo Alfama is 16 year old.
In memmo Baleeira and memmo Príncipe Real there are no age restrictions.
Will my credit card be charged before arrival or once I arrive and check-in?
Yes If your rate type is non-refundable the total price of the reservation will be charged. For refundable rate types we will charge the amount of the first night 48 hours before check-in.
Our flight arrives late. Will we still be able to check-in?
You may check-in at any time. We have a Front Desk service that runs 24/7.

What is your child's policy?
The policy at memmo Baleeira sets that children with less than 12 years old are free of charge.
It is recommended that families traveling with children over 3 years-old stay in Suites.
In our Double Rooms is not possible to accommodate children with more than 3 years old.
At memmo Alfama, we have policy regarding children with less than 16 years old.
Due to the characteristics of the hotel (namely the terraces that can be dangerous for children), we can only welcome children with more than 16 years old.
memmo Alfama is the perfect getaway for friends or couples looking for a quiet break for the exclusive use of people above 16 years old.
At memmo Principe Real it is possible to accommodate 1 child with an adult in our Junior Suite.
Under 12 years old the price are €50, 00 per night. Children with 12 years and above are considered adults at this property and the price is €100, 00
Do the prices displayed on the website include taxes?
Our prices already included all taxes except the city tax in memmo Alfama and memmo Principe Real. This tax will apply only for guests older than 13 years old who stay in Lisbon City, and consist on the payment of 2 € per day and per person, for a maximum of 7 days. As mentioned, this city tax is not included in our rates.
Is it possible to send a package to your hotel ready for collection on arrival?

Do you allow access to your pool/bar for members of the public?
In memmo Baleeira our pool is available for hotel guests only. We will be glad to welcome visitors in our Fornaria restaurant, open daily for lunch (12am-3pm) and dinner (7:30pm-10pm).
In memmo Alfama our pool is available for hotel guests only. We will be glad to welcome visitors in our bar/terrace from 12h00 to 23h00.
In memmo Principe Real the pool is available for hotel guests only. We will be glad to welcome visitors in our Restaurant, terrace and Bar Café Principe Real from 13h00 to 24h00.

In our hotels in Lisbon (memmo Alfama & memmo Principe Real) we do not have extra beds. In memmo Baleeira we have Family Rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
