Do you identify with us?
Monitor the correct receipt of goods related to the department;
Conduct monthly inventories;
Record material breaks;
Optimize the work team through scales that enhance the team's productivity;
Monitor and record the attendance of employees, informing the human resources department;
Manage the team and room service;
Plan and organize in advance all room, bar and banquet services, being able to anticipate potential problems;
Actively collaborate in hiring employees;
Continuously train the team;
Supervise cash closings and ensure the correct entry of invoices or consumption in the rooms;
Design wine lists, bar and cafeteria, in collaboration with the hotel's shopping and management center.
