Joana Duarte - Route des Algues

Joana Duarte est chef cuisinière et a suivi une formation en biologie marine, biotechnologie et océanographie. Elle a d'abord travaillé dans la recherche pélagique avant de se tourner vers des études culinaires à l'école Hoffman de Barcelone. Forte de 15 ans d'expérience en cuisine, elle a travaillé dans des restaurants étoilés Michelin et des restaurants gastronomiques.

Combinant ses connaissances océaniques et sa passion pour la gastronomie, elle a créé la Route des Algues, qui mêle science et arts culinaires, et offre des expériences vraiment uniques.
