During the weekend of 31st October and 1st and 2nd November, join us for a carefully selected activities, guided by special guests, that will immerse you in the calming and rejuvenating energy of the Algarve coast.

31st October - Friday

3pm - Underwater Training & Apneia Preparation with Nick Tiscoe
Challange your mind and body through gentle breath-hold practices, exploring mental focus and resilience beneath the water. This immersive experience invites you to discover strength, calm, and presence in an underwater environment.
Reconnect with your body through the simple act of walking barefoot. This practice enhances proprioception, deepens body awareness, and fosters a sense of grounding, aligning seamlessly with the Bluemind philosophy.

1st November - Saturday
Explore the freedom of body movement, enhancing flexibility, strength, and connection. This class invites you to discover new ways to move and express yourself, cultivating awareness and flow.
11:30am - Bluemind Ocean Therapy
A unique experience combining cold ocean dips with sauna sessions. Cold water stimulates circulation and immunity, while the sauna detoxifies and relaxes the body and mind, offering a perfect balance of invigoration and calm.
4:30pm - Longevity Talk
Discover the wisdom of five experts devoted to water, nature, and the art of nurturing the body. Dive into insights and practices that inspire vitality, balance, and a life lived in harmony with yourself and the world around you.

2nd November - Sunday
