Chef Nuno Seixas

Biographie

Nuno Seixas | 32 ans | de Moimenta da Beira

À l'âge de 15 ans, il arrive à Lisbonne où il suit le cours de cuisine à l'École d'hôtellerie et de tourisme de Lisbonne, suivi d'un stage au restaurant Rio's à Oeiras, sous la direction du chef António Bóia et du chef Jorge Fernandes.
Entre 2007 et 2012, il rejoint l'équipe du Concours Culinaire Junior qui remporte une médaille d'Or et la 3ème place au Championnat du Monde au Luxembourg.
Pendant deux ans, il a travaillé à l'hôtel Inspira Santa Marta à Lisbonne, avant d'ouvrir l'hôtel InterContinental à Estoril en tant que sous-chef, étant le bras droit du chef Jorge Fernandes.
Pendant son séjour dans la restauration chez Food Story, il s'est occupé de la production de repas à grande échelle.
Il est actuellement chef de l'emblématique Hôtel Baía, Cascais.
