Whether you are already practicing yoga or a complete beginner, these yoga classes will give you a deeper understanding about yoga and it's benefits of the different techniques it has to offer. Through several relaxing, strengthening, and opening poses connecting with a deeper sense of self, training mind and body for a healthier and better life.
The classes will be in a mixed style of Hatha yoga, Shivananda, Iyengar and vinyasa flow. During the sessions Pranayama practice and through explanation about the techniques will be given.

Participants are advised to bring their own mat, nevertheless, the hotel has as well mats and will have the proper hygienization;
Classes are held outdoors allowing the mandatory physical distancing of 2m per person;
The Housekeeping Team will do the recommended cleaning of the space;
