Whether you are already practicing yoga or a complete beginner, these yoga classes will give you a deeper understanding about yoga and it's benefits of the different techniques it has to offer. Through several relaxing, strengthening, and opening poses connecting with a deeper sense of self, training mind and body for a healthier and better life.
The classes will be in a mixed style of Hatha yoga, Shivananda, Iyengar and vinyasa flow. During the sessions Pranayama practice and through explanation about the techniques will be given.
