Throughout the year, memmo Baleeira welcomes a selection of visiting practitioners who bring their own expertise, techniques and approaches to wellbeing.
For a limited time, guests can discover experiences that go beyond our regular wellness programme, from personalised treatments and specialist therapies to movement sessions, workshops and group classes.
Each practitioner offers a different opportunity to slow down, move with intention and explore new ways of feeling well, surrounded by the calm and natural beauty of Sagres.
