Tiago Sales - Host Event
Tiago Sales was born in the green heart of Vale de Cambra and soon discovered that cooking could be much more than a profession, it could be a form of expression. With a degree in Catering and Hospitality, he went on to lead the kitchens of some of Portugal’s most iconic hotels, before arriving at memmo Baleeira, where he now translates the authenticity of Sagres, the power of the Atlantic and the simplicity of his roots into every dish. Every day at Fornaria, he combines technique with emotion, drawing inspiration from nature, whether it’s foraging wild mushrooms or remembering his years on stage as a musician, composing each plate with the same care and creativity as if it were a new song.
