The cancellation policy depends on the rate selected. The hotel offers rates with flexible cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in, as well as stricter, non-refundable rates at a lower price. #### Will I need to pay a deposit? For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking. For refundable reservations, the first night's stay will be charged 3 days before arrival. #### Will my credit card be charged before arrival Yes. We recommend travelling to memmo Príncipe Real by taxi or ride-hailing services such as Uber or Bolt, as they provide the most convenient access to the hotel. If you prefer to use public transport, the nearest metro station is Rato (Yellow Line). From there, you can either enjoy a 12-minute walk to the hotel or take bus 758 from Largo do Rato, stopping close to the hotel. #### Do you provide airport transfers? Yes.
