Travel Information: COVID-19 Update
Following careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily close until the end of May in order to ensure the safety of our staff, guests, and the local community.
This closing period will be extended as necessary, as we monitor the development of global events and follow the directives of the Portuguese government.
This is a decision that we have not taken lightly, however, given the current situation and the recommendations from WHO and Portuguese health ministry, we know that this temporary measure is the most sensible way forward.
While the COVID-19 pandemic is developing around the world, Memmo Hotels has been operating to the highest levels of health and safety vigilance, working in accordance with local and international authority advisories and protocols. We are implementing elevated precautionary operational protocols for the re-opening, in order to enforce hygiene and sanitation practices to minimize the risk of transmission.
