Note that if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested at check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person checking-in. Guests using a 3rd party credit card must contact the property in advance to provide a pre-authorization form. For reservations of five or more rooms, different policies apply. Credit card required at the time of booking. ##### Refundable Rates All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card up to the full amount of the reservation and, two days before the arrival, to charge a full, non-refundable, pre-payment of the first night. For reservations of five or more rooms, different policies apply. Reservations may be modified or cancelled with no costs if the cancellation is made 2 days prior to your arrival date until 06:00 pm (hotel local time). In case of no-show or early departure the total of the reservation will be charged (100% of the total amount, mentioned on your confirmation). The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested at check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person checking-in. Guests using a 3rd party credit card must contact the property in advance to provide a pre-authorization form. A credit card number is necessary as a guarantee, at the time of booking. For reservations guaranteed, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. Check-in time: 15h00 (3 p.m) Check-out time: 12h00 (noon) Pets not allowed If you cancel after 18:00:00 local time, 2 day(s) prior to arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be 1 night(s) from the total stay. Credit card required at the time of booking. ### Consumer Dispute Resolution In the event of a consumer dispute, the customer may refer to the National Centre for Information and Consumer Dispute Resolution of the Algarve (CIMAAL), an independent entity that promotes the swift and out-of-court resolution of conflicts.
