Your mission
- Executes and checks the tasks of the various maintenance areas.
- Plans, together with the Hotel Director and the Central Maintenance Director, the tasks and activities of preventive maintenance and ensures their implementation.
- Participates in defining the objectives and rules of operation of services.
- Coordinates and executes purchases and stock management in conjunction with the Central Maintenance Director.
- Controls by observation and on-site inspection, compliance with quality standards, environment, and safety in his section.
- Controls the requisitions of its section.
- Requests, with the approval of the Central Maintenance Director and checks the work performed by outside companies.
- Organizes all documentation relating to maintenance.
- Management and control of existing stocks.
- Provides the sections with the necessary items for their operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the maintenance area.
- Sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy.
- Computer skills, user's perspective.
- Good knowledge of English.
